Through the CREWS Caribbean 2.0 initiative, the nternational Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), through its Port of Spain Country Cluster Delegation is building inclusive, multi-hazard early warning capacity in Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Belize and Guyana, supporting local action in the face of growing climate risks.
